At the heart of Reims; spacious room; furniture seems new

Noisy place (that's normal in the heart of city), escalator is small and high so having a heavy luggage might become harder. We had our child of 18 months but there was no baby cot (we noted it when we booked the room)

It was in a good location in the restaurant area, so easy to find somewhere nice to eat. In walking distance to the sightseeing.

There is so many stairs. If I had known before hand I would not have booked as my mother has not been well and the stairs were hard for her.

No curtain in room, desk lamp didn't work and the TV was tuned to 1 channel. No one was ever on reception and we had to go into the bar to get the access code for the WiFi which the owner couldn't remember properly.
